Islamabad

Former interior minister and Chairman Senate’s Committee on Interior Senator Rehman Malik Wednesday smells a rat behind the Panama Leaks and termed it a conspiracy against the democracy in the country.

“See the names of leaders which are mentioned in the Panama Leaks are those who refused to send their forces in Syria,” he said while addressing a press conference here Wednesday at his residence.

He advised the prime minister that the government should suspend the FIR of the Pathankot Incident and register the FIR against the burning of 60 Pakistanis who were burnt alive in Samjotha Train by Indian RAW.

In his press conference, he released his letter written to the prime minister for taking strong initiatives at diplomatic and political levels against India for its ongoing aggression, interference and killing of our innocent people in Balochistan, Fata and other different parts of our country being carried out by the agents of its spy agency RAW.

Senator Rehman Malik also released 8-point charge sheet against Indian RAW for its anti-Pakistan activities in Pakistan.

Rehman Malik praised Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif for successful operations against the terrorists. He takes on the Indian media on negative propaganda against Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and also of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. “We did not allow anyone to say against our chief of Army Staff and elected prime minister,” he said.

In his letter, Rehman Malik has also emphasised upon the prime minister that besides bilateral level matter may be taken up with International Court of Justice, Security Council of the United Nations where the issue relating to Indian interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan stands defer on the agenda of this council since long.

He stated in a letter that he would like to draw his kind attention to the continued inimical role of India and its spy agency RAW against Pakistan hence there is dire need to expose Indian evil designs and its anti-Pakistan mindset to the world. “Accordingly I have prepared a charge-sheet based on historical facts and ongoing unprovoked Indian aggression and nonstop interference in Pakistan and its continuous hatching conspiracies against our country since independence,” he stated in a letter.

Rehman Malik stated that in a statement at University of Dhaka, Bangladesh on June 07, 2015, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi confessed that India had played central role in breaking Pakistan by financing and training Mukti Bahini to create Bangladesh. “The Indian Prime Minister, in the same speech also confessed publically that Indian soldiers had fought alongside Mukti Bahini as well, for Bangladesh. Similarly, Major General (R) Sakhawant Singh has also endorsed and elaborated the abetment of India in hisbook “India’s war since independence,” he stated.

He said that it was high time for Pakistan to question India as to why this ongoing aggression, interference and killing of our innocent people in Balochistan, Fata and other different parts of our country was being carried out by the agents of RAW.

In his letter, Senator Rehman Malik stated that, “We cannot forget the coldblooded terror attack on Samjhuata Express in 2007 in which more than 65 innocent Pakistanis were set ablaze causing their death. This atrocious act was executed by Lt. Col Prasad Shrikant Purohit with his other eight accomplices from Indian Army/Indian RAW but they are yet to be punished by India. These above facts are part of the record and proceedings in the Supreme Court of India presented through investigation by ATS Chief Hemant Karkare (Late), who was later on killed during the Bombay terrorist attack which was actually planted by RAW to kill him (ATS Chief Hemant Karkare) as a punishment for exposing the involvement of RAW in Samjhuata Express tragedy.”

Senator Rehman Malik stated, ”Prime Minister you had offered a good gesture to India by ordering registration of FIR in wake of Pathankot attack but India so far has failed to lodge any FIR against Lt. Col Prasad Shrikant Purohit and others who were held responsible by their own Indian Supreme Court for the terrorist attack on Samjhuata Express. We expect India to register the said FIR on a reciprocal basis.”

He stated that most recently the true face of India and its spy agency RAW was fully exposed when its spy Kulbhushan Yadav, who is a serving Indian Naval Officer and was arrested while operating in Balochistan where he was implementing the instructions/designs of Raw in Pakistan and whose primary mission was to foment terrorism in Karachi and Balochistan. “India had all along been denying its interference in Balochistan but now its own agent has confessed graphic details of his covert operations inside Pakistan. Pakistan hopes to get some explanation from the Indian government for the mass killings of its innocent people through this Indian agent namely Kulbhushan Yadav,” he stated in a letter.

He said he had compiled incriminating material to file a petition in the International Court of Justice for the trial of these war criminals and also the present and previous leadership of India who had remained directly involved in the disintegration, destabilisation of Pakistan and in the mass killings of our innocent people. “In the meantime I would also like to refer to a historical fact that the interference of India had been raised back on 4th and 27th December of 1971 by Pakistan in the United Nations, and the matter is alive till today and is continuously being deferred for the discussion which is yet to be concluded by the United Nations,” he stated in a letter.

Hence, he said, “The demand of Pakistan that this item should remain on the Security Council’s agenda is the real expression of our firm stand that by recognising the separation of East Pakistan, we have in no way, absolved India of its aggression or exonerated the Security Council over its failure to reprimand India for a flagrant violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of a major state of the United Nations.”

He stated that India’s hand in the forcible separation of East Pakistan was never hidden from anyone, however the Indian government never acknowledged it officially for many years till the confession of Prime Minister Narendra Modi which he boasted through his official statement made at the University of Dhaka on 7th June, 2015 during his visit to Bangladesh. “In view of the above explained position, it is requested that Ministry of Law and Ministry of Foreign Affairs may kindly be directed to nominate a team comprising of competent officers from each ministry enabling us to move and proceed against India that its anti-Pakistan agenda could be exposed before the international community,” he stated.

Rehman Malik said that this befitting response which was in our highest national interest would ensure India not to dare to do such highly dreadful acts against Pakistan in future. ”We should now take full advantage of our pending references of “Breaking Pakistan” against India in the United Nations. It is the time that we take on India more effectively at all the available international forums,” he stated.

He said, “It is a bitter fact that the bilateral meetings between India and Pakistan are nothing more than a photo shoot sessions without any concrete output on any issue including Kashmir.”

In the meanwhile, the charge sheet against Indian RAW for its anti-Pakistan activities within Pakistan:-

“You Indian leadership/RAW broke Pakistan in two parts by supporting Mukti Bahini with funding in 1971 in East Pakistan and created Bangladesh by giving these separatists a military cover. This act of separating East Pakistan was duly confessed no less than Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of India during his visit to Bangladesh on 07 June 2015 and subsequently by Major General (Retd) Sakhawant Singh, openly declaring in his book recently published under the name of "India's war since independence".

2. You Indian leadership/RAW have been supporting terrorists/separatists in Balochistan by supporting BLA and your agents like Dr Allah Nazar and others and you have established training camps for these terrorists to operate in Balochistan under RAW near Pak-Afghan borders who are involved in the killing of thousands innocent Pakistanis.

3. You Indian leadership/RAW have been operating in Balochistan through your RAW agents to plant sectarian and ethnic terrorism/killing of Punjabis/ Sindhis/Pashtuns/Balochis to replicate the East Pakistan like situation in Balochistan to pursue your agenda to support separatists.

4. You Indian leadership/RAW now stand fully exposed with your anti-Pakistan agenda as per the disclosure of your RAW agent namely Kulbhushan Yadav, your Navy Commander with cover name “Monkey” who is now confessing his covert operations in Pakistan.

5. You Indian leadership/RAW have not yet registered FIR against Lt. Col Prasad Shrikant Purohit and 8 others for their terrorist attack in Samjhuata Express whereas State of Pakistan despite knowing your own RAW involvement in Phathankot had extended a courtesy by registering an FIR without any proofs.

6. You Indian leadership/RAW are acting opposite to the cooperation being extended to you and on the contrary you are trying to create insurgency in Balochistan and continue the killing innocent in Balochistan.

7. You Indian leadership/RAW have been consistently pursuing anti-Pakistan agenda and forcing people of Pakistan asking their own government as to why this cooperation in Pathankot not be withdrawn as you are responding to our cooperation by planting seeds of terrorism to replicate Mukti Bahini model in Balochistan.

8. You Indian leadership/RAW agent Kulbhushan Yadav has also exposed your anti Pak-China agenda by trying to sabotage the CPEC being built for the benefits of people of Pakistan and China.”

In a reply to a question, Senator Rehman Malik has categorically denied having any links with Panama offshore bank accounts and challenged detractors that he would submit his resignation if his or his company Petroline FZC any connection to Panama Tax heavens was ever proved.

He said he had submitted the privilege motion in the Senate secretariat against mentioning his name and Benazir Bhutto in Panama Leaks.

Rehman Malik said if the prime minister did not take action on the basis of his letter then he would meet the prime minister along with all the committee members of the Senate Committee on Interior to convince him.
