UPDATE: The AMBER Alert has been cancelled for a 10-month-old boy that went missing from Scott County, Virginia.

According to the Scott County Sheriff’s Department, who was investigating the possible abduction Monday, the missing child and adult have been safely located.

SCOTT COUNTY, Va. (WVVA) - An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 10-month-old boy out of Scott County, Virginia.

According to the Virginia State Police, Cedar Samuel Griffith was abducted Monday, May 6, at 8:18 p.m. The child is believed to have been abducted by Ashley Jordan Griffith, 30.

VSP said that the child is “believed to be in extreme danger.”

Cedar was last seen on Daniel Boone Road in Gate City, VA. He is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, and is 30″, 20 pounds, and he was last seen wearing only a diaper.

Ashley is described as a white female with blond hair and hazel eyes and is 5′ 6″, 115 pounds.

They may be in a blue 2005 Lexus RX330 with an unknown Tennessee temporary tag.
