What is Johnson Fistel investigating? On or around August 10, 2021, Adagio/ Invivyd conducted its initial public offering ("IPO"), and the company sold 20.9 million shares for $17.00. Since the IPO the stock has plummeted and on October 3, 2022, Invivyd stock closed at $3.24.
